Ommo — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Ommo (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Health and safety — please read

Ommo is a wellness app, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Breathing exercises — especially intense techniques such as Wim Hof–style rapid breathing followed by breath holds — can cause lightheadedness or fainting. To practice safely:

  • Always practice sitting or lying down. Never in or near water, while driving, or while standing.
  • Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or unwell.
  • Consult a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition, abnormal blood pressure, an epilepsy or seizure history, or any other medical condition.

You use the App and perform any breathing exercise entirely at your own risk.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ommo for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

  • Ommo offers a free demo, then “Ommo Pro” via an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the App before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
  • Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. No warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular health, wellness, or other result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Ommo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Intellectual property

Ommo, its name, design, generative visuals, soundscapes, and content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
